What is the No More Secrets Freedom Circle?

The Freedom Circle is a Christ-centered, trauma-informed membership for women who are done healing alone. It's a safe, confidential community with live coaching, prayerful support, and practical tools to help you understand your triggers, set healthy boundaries, and move forward with God-grounded confidence.

Is this therapy or counseling?

Accepted Answer

No. The Freedom Circle is Christian trauma-informed coaching and community, not therapy or counseling. Coaching focuses on support, education, tools, and forward movement. Many women choose to be in therapy and in the Freedom Circle at the same time.

Question 3

What if I get triggered or overwhelmed during a call?

Accepted Answer

You are free to turn your camera off, step away, breathe and ground, or decide not to share in that moment. We regularly remind you of grounding tools and offer space to pause and pray. Your emotional safety matters more than "getting through all the content."

Do I have to share my full story?

Accepted Answer

No. You are never required to share details of your trauma. You can listen quietly, participate in the chat, or share as little or as much as feels safe. You are fully welcome and supported even if you say very few words out loud.

How much time do I need to commit each month?

Accepted Answer

Live calls are usually 60–90 minutes each. There is no "perfect attendance" rule. This is a supportive space, not another thing to fail at. You move at a pace that honors your real life.

Is everything I share confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take confidentiality seriously. What's shared in the Freedom Circle stays in the Freedom Circle. No screenshots, no gossip, no sharing anyone's story outside the space. We treat this as a sacred space and hold each other with honor and respect.

Question 7

Can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Membership is billed monthly. You can cancel before your next billing date if the season changes or you need to pause. You'll keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
