 • 1:1 if you want privacy, personalized pacing, and focused guidance 
 • Group if you want structure + sisterhood + coaching with others 
 • Intensive if you need a concentrated breakthrough and a clear plan fast

Who are these coaching packages for?

These packages are for women who:
 • Love Jesus but feel emotionally exhausted or stuck in survival mode 
 • Want to break cycles of secrecy, fear, shame, or self-doubt 
 • Want practical tools for triggers, boundaries, and emotional regulation 
 • Are ready to heal, forgive, and move forward with clarity and courage

You don’t have to be “fixed” to start—just willing to take the next brave step.

What makes your coaching Christian + trauma-informed?

This is Christ-centered coaching with trauma-informed care, meaning:
 • We keep Jesus at the center ✝️

You’ll be guided with truth, compassion, and Holy Spirit–led strategy.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on practical tools, clarity, mindset renewal, boundaries, and forward movement. If you’re currently in therapy, coaching can often complement that work.

Do I have to share details of my trauma?

Accepted Answer

No. You are always in control of what you share. We do not force disclosure or re-traumatization. Healing happens through truth + safety + wise support, and your boundaries are honored.

 • Optional between-session check-ins (if included in your package)

Yes. 1:1 is ideal if you want a confidential, customized pace and prefer to process privately with a trusted guide.

What is The Breakout Blueprint?

The Breakout Blueprint is a 12-week Christ-centered, trauma-informed group coaching experience where you learn the forms, effects, and cycles of trauma so you can regain your life, master your circumstances, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What’s included in the group coaching program?

Group coaching includes:
 • 12 weekly live group sessions (teaching + coaching + Q&A) 
 • Private community for encouragement and accountability 
 • Worksheets, journal prompts, reflection exercises 
 • Christ-centered practices to invite God into your healing 
 • Replay access where applicable

Do I have to talk in group coaching?

No. You can listen quietly and still receive full value. 🎧

Listening is participation. Share when—and if—you feel ready.

What if I can’t attend live sessions?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all, you can watch the replay and use the weekly tools. You’ll still stay connected to the teaching and assignments at your pace.

What is the Healing & Forgiveness Breakthrough Intensive?

This is a 4-hour private, Christ-centered deep-dive for women ready for a focused reset. We unpack your pain-and-forgiveness story with wisdom and compassion, then create a clear Healing & Forgiveness Plan for your next 30–60 days.

Can the intensive be split into two sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can schedule it as:
 • One 4-hour block with short breaks, or 
 • Two focused 2-hour sessions

We’ll choose what best honors your capacity.

What do I walk away with after the intensive?

Accepted Answer

You’ll leave with:
 • Clear insight into what’s been keeping you stuck 
 • Tools for emotional regulation and boundaries 
 • A written next-step plan (your Healing & Forgiveness Roadmap) 
 • A follow-up check-in for support (if included)

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment plans may be available depending on the package.

By choosing a payment plan, you’re committing to the full program investment (it’s not pay-as-you-go).

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

If a payment fails, you’ll have a short window (example: 72 hours) to update your payment method. Access may be paused until your account is current.

What is your reschedule policy for 1:1 sessions?

Accepted Answer

To reschedule, provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session. One courtesy reschedule may be offered per 12-week package.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Because coaching includes reserved time, preparation, and access to tools/resources, refunds are not offered once services begin. Membership cancellations stop future billing, but past payments are not refunded.
