Question 1

What coaching options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

I offer three primary support paths:👑 1:1 Private Freedom Journey (12 weeks) — personalized, high-touch coaching 👭 The Journey To Freedom Blueprint (12-week group coaching) — structured teaching + community + tools ⚡ Healing & Forgiveness Breakthrough Intensive (4 hours) — focused, Christ-centered deep dive. Each option is Christ-centered and trauma-informed, designed to help you heal, forgive, and move forward with God-grounded confidence.

Question 2

How do I know which option is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Choose based on the kind of support you need right now:
1:1 if you want privacy, personalized pacing, and focused guidance
Group if you want structure + sisterhood + coaching with others
Intensive if you need a concentrated breakthrough and a clear plan fast

If you’re unsure, start with the Coaching Assessment/Intake, and we’ll discern the best fit.

Question 3

Who are these coaching packages for?

Accepted Answer

These packages are for women who:
Love Jesus but feel emotionally exhausted or stuck in survival mode
Want to break cycles of secrecy, fear, shame, or self-doubt
Want practical tools for triggers, boundaries, and emotional regulation
Are ready to heal, forgive, and move forward with clarity and courage

You don’t have to be “fixed” to start—just willing to take the next brave step.

Question 4

What makes your coaching Christian + trauma-informed?

Accepted Answer

This is Christ-centered coaching with trauma-informed care, meaning:
We keep Jesus at the center ✝️
We honor your nervous system and your pace 🧠🌬️
We prioritize safety, boundaries, and consent 🛡️
No shame, no rushing, no spiritual performance

You’ll be guided with truth, compassion, and Holy Spirit–led strategy.

Question 5

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. This is coaching, not therapy or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on practical tools, clarity, mindset renewal, boundaries, and forward movement. If you’re currently in therapy, coaching can often complement that work.

Question 6

Do I have to share details of my trauma?

Accepted Answer

No. You are always in control of what you share. We do not force disclosure or re-traumatization. Healing happens through truth + safety + wise support, and your boundaries are honored.

Question 7

What results can I expect?

Accepted Answer

While outcomes vary, many women experience:
More clarity and less shame
Stronger emotional regulation and trigger tools
Better boundaries without guilt
Freedom from repeating cycles of fear, secrecy, and self-doubt
Confidence rooted in identity in Christ

This is about transformation, not information.

Question 8

What is included in the 1:1 Private Freedom Journey?

Accepted Answer

Your 12-week 1:1 includes:
Weekly 60-minute private sessions (video or phone)
A personalized Freedom Plan

Confront shame and secrecy with God’s truth
Strengthen identity in Christ so you can live and decide with confidence

Question 10

Is 1:1 best if I’m private or easily overwhelmed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 1:1 is ideal if you want a confidential, customized pace and prefer to process privately with a trusted guide.

Question 11

What is The Journey To Freedom Blueprint?

Accepted Answer

The Journey To Freedom Blueprint is a 12-week Christ-centered, trauma-informed group coaching experience where you learn the forms, effects, and cycles of trauma so you can regain your life, master your circumstances, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Question 12

What’s included in the group coaching program?

Accepted Answer

Group coaching includes:
12 weekly live group sessions (teaching + coaching + Q&A)
Private community for encouragement and accountability
Worksheets, journal prompts, reflection exercises
Christ-centered practices to invite God into your healing

Do I have to talk in group coaching?

Accepted Answer

No. You can listen quietly and still receive full value. 🎧

Listening is participation. Share when—and if—you feel ready.

Question 14

What if I can’t attend live sessions?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all, you can watch the replay and use the weekly tools. You’ll still stay connected to the teaching and assignments at your pace.

Question 15

What is the Healing & Forgiveness Breakthrough Intensive?

Accepted Answer

This is a 4-hour private, Christ-centered deep-dive for women ready for a focused reset. We unpack your pain-and-forgiveness story with wisdom and compassion, then create a clear Healing & Forgiveness Plan for your next 30–60 days.

Question 16

Can the intensive be split into two sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can schedule it as:
One 4-hour block with short breaks, or
Two focused 2-hour sessions

We’ll choose what best honors your capacity.

Question 17

What do I walk away with after the intensive?

Accepted Answer

You’ll leave with:
Clear insight into what’s been keeping you stuck
Tools for emotional regulation and boundaries
A written next-step plan (your Healing & Forgiveness Roadmap)
A follow-up check-in for support (if included)

Question 18

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment plans may be available depending on the package.

By choosing a payment plan, you’re committing to the full program investment (it’s not pay-as-you-go).

Question 19

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

If a payment fails, you’ll have a short window (example: 72 hours) to update your payment method. Access may be paused until your account is current.

Question 20

What is your reschedule policy for 1:1 sessions?

Accepted Answer

To reschedule, provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session. One courtesy reschedule may be offered per 12-week package.

Question 21

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Because coaching includes reserved time, preparation, and access to tools/resources, refunds are not offered once services begin. Membership cancellations stop future billing, but past payments are not refunded.

Question 22

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Start here:
Complete the Coaching Intake/Assessment
Book your clarity call
Choose your best-fit package
Book your sessions / enroll in your program
Begin your Freedom Journey

Question 23

What if I’m nervous to start?

Accepted Answer

That’s normal. Courage often looks like “scared but willing.”

You don’t have to be ready for the whole journey—just ready for the next step. 🕊️

Question 24

Can I be in coaching and the Freedom Circle Membership too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many women love pairing coaching with ongoing community support. Coaching provides focused transformation; membership provides ongoing encouragement, tools, and sisterhood support.
