I help women who are ready to break free from the bondage of trauma by understanding its forms, effects, and cycles — so they can master their circumstances and reclaim their lives with the confidence to heal, forgive, and move on.

My Story
I am a retired United States Army veteran with 26 years of service, serving as a Logistician, Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), and Inspector General Noncommissioned Officer. I am also an advocate for survivors of sexual assault and harassment, and I served as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care.
After hitting a wall called trauma cycles — constantly battling triggers from my childhood that followed me into adulthood — I became a Certified Christian Trauma-Informed Coach. It wasn’t until God led me to confront being violated by a family member as a child that I was finally free to share my story and release my secrets without shame or regret.
My purpose now is to walk with you through that same journey, offering the tools and resources to help you break free from trauma and secrets and live the authentic life God intended for you. I share my story not because you must tell yours, but so you know the woman walking beside you understands this road from the inside.
Mission
At No More Secrets, my mission is to equip and empower women to break free from cycles of trauma through Christ-centered, trauma-informed coaching. Guiding women to confront the hidden wounds of their past, embrace the truth of who they are in Christ, and boldly step into healing, forgiveness, and a life of purpose and with compassion, biblical wisdom, and practical tools, walking alongside each woman on her journey toward restoration, resilience, and radiant transformation.
Vision
At No More Secrets, I envision a world where women are liberated from the burden of trauma, empowered by God's grace, and confidently embracing their identity as daughters of Christ. I am dedicated to helping women break free from the chains of secrecy and fostering an environment where courage and authenticity lead to a life of freedom and empowerment. My mission is to guide women toward wholeness and restoration through faith-based coaching that transforms lives.
