You don't have to carry it all alone anymore. The Freedom Circle is a safe, confidential space where you can exhale, tell the truth without shame, and rebuild your life with God-grounded confidence.

Our Vision

To see women all over the world step out of secrecy, shame, and survival mode into a life of God-grounded freedom, emotional steadiness, and unshakable identity in Christ. We envision a Christ-centered, trauma-informed sisterhood where women are no longer carrying their stories alone—but are seen, safe, and supported as they heal, forgive, and boldly walk in the future God prepared for them.

Our Mission

  • Provide trauma-informed, Holy Spirit–led coaching, teaching, and tools that help women understand the forms, effects, and cycles of trauma.​

  • Equip women with practical, faith-based strategies for emotional regulation, boundaries without guilt, and everyday resilience.​

  • Confront secrecy, shame, and self-blame with God's truth, restoring each woman's voice, dignity, and identity in Christ.​

  • Cultivate a sisterhood where women can exhale, be honest, and grow at their own pace—never rushed, never judged, always honored.
