Hello, I'm Jennifer Jackson, your Trauma-Informed Coach.
I equip and empower women to break free from the chains of trauma, reclaim their power, and step boldly into healing and freedom. By uncovering the hidden cycles and effects of trauma, I provide the tools, strategies, and unwavering support to help you master your circumstances, rebuild unshakable confidence, and embrace a life of healing, forgiveness, and unstoppable transformation.
As the author of It Didn't Break Me: My Personal Struggle With Depression and How One Word From God Changed My Life, I share my battle with depression and the freedom I discovered through God's grace. I also wrote You Can't Afford to Go Back: It's Time to Crossover and co-authored It Cost Me Everything. My latest work, Women With Unshakable Faith, reveals how I overcame the devastating secret of being violated by a family member.
I am a U.S. Army Veteran, having served 26 years as a Logistician, Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), and Inspector General Noncommissioned Officer. My unwavering commitment to advocacy and victims' rights earned me the prestigious National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) Honorary Award. I also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Louisiana.
Today, I am on a mission to help women release shame, break the cycles of trauma, and boldly step into a life in which God has a purpose for them.

At No More Secrets, my mission is to equip and empower women to break free from cycles of trauma through Christ-centered, trauma-informed coaching. Guiding women to confront the hidden wounds of their past, embrace the truth of who they are in Christ, and boldly step into healing, forgiveness, and a life of purpose with compassion, biblical wisdom, and practical tools.
